    Excellent tour of London

John our tour guide was great, he included a number of relevant and interesting stories as part of the tour. It is a long day, but totally worth it to see all of the things we had the chance to see. We travelled as a family of four including two kids (6 and 3) and it was a great way to see the city.

Was a very good tour. Got to see all the best of London. Our tour guide, Carol, was very personable and VERY knowledgeable about London history. She also made sure we were never lost. Some suggestions we would have like to see the actual Changing of the Guard, even though we got to see the guards marching down the street. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes (not sandals), as there was a LOT of walking. We got let off at the Thames River. So you need to find your own way back. Definitely do the London Eye! Fascinating!

Great tour with a great guide! This day tour was thoughtfully arranged to allow us to see several London high spots, including Changing of the Guard. Our guide (Derrick -spelling?) was very knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor. Also appreciated how much information he gave us on what was coming next, how long we had at different locations, and recommendations on other things we should check out or skip in London. A wonderful day. Highly recommend!

Derek was a wonderful tour guide. He kept everyone punctual and well informed. He had the right amount of humor and is so knowledgeable. The river Thames cruise was nice too with a humorous crew member describing the buildings to us.

Great tour! Robert and James were our driver and guide crew. Pros: Loved the historic facts and tips that our guide provided. Also loved that he came into St. Paul’s Cathedral with us to give us a guided tour. Saw many of THE key landmarks/places in London in a “little” bit of time. Cons: Meeting at the Buckingham train station was chaotic. There were so many tours leaving from the same gate it was RIDICULOUS. People were pushing and struggling to hear which tour was being called because there was no PA system being used. There needs to be a much better organized system. The tour bus didn’t have USB ports to charge phones. Taking pics and videos most of the day at all these sights, it would’ve been nice to be able to charge our devices some time during the tour.

Great tour around the highlights of London. However, lots of standing and waiting, we also did not do the London Eye despite having upgraded to have it included, because it was going to be another hour of standing in line at the end of a long day.

The trip was nice but here are my suggestions. Finding the correct bus was hard. We were directed to 3 different buses. The tour guide and bus driver were amazing. We need more time at Tower of London. Three hours would be ideal or more. Please remind groups not to eat at Pubs. It takes to long!!

Long and drawn out. Too much talking and not enough sightseeing. The tour has guide talked too much. The recommended food lacked flavor.

Great tour guide Mr Hart, hard to see anything on the bus, changing of the guard complete waste of time, you have to be a history buff to enjoy this, would not recommend this tour for people with kids. Zero chance I would ever do this again.

    Good overview of London

Our tour guide, Ben, was a great mix of informative and funny. Also the boat guide was hilarious and knowledgeable. St. Paul's was amazing! Ben shared a lot about the cathedral and then let us explore on our own. The Tower of London and seeing the Crown Jewels was also worth the trip, except the lines were so long to see the jewels we didn't have time to explore more of the Tower-missed seeing Traitor's Gate and Wakefield Tower. We enjoyed the changing of the guards but felt bad for those with mobility issues as we had to walk pretty far and pretty fast to get in place in time for the ceremony. The Eye was a perfect ending to a busy day, but standing in long lines was ridiculous. There is a "fast pass" lane but we weren't in it which we felt tour groups should be. The boat ride was a different view of London that we're glad we included. The itinerary mentioned 40 minutes at both Buckingham Palace and 40 minutes at changing of the guard. We simply walked past the Palace after watching the changing of the guard but didn't stop for pictures or to explore. Also, no walking tour of the Houses of Parliament (drove and boated past them) and no 20 minute stop at Westminster Abbey (drove by it.) We enjoyed the tour and would recommend it but know that you might not see everything mentioned in the itinerary.
