Depart central London by comfortable, air-conditioned coach and venture into the countryside on your journey to England’s oh-so-pretty region of the Cotswolds.

As you travel, listen to your guide share interesting information about the region’s history and attractions, from its stone-built towns to its idyllic villages and lush, rolling fields.

Have your camera at the ready as your coach enters the undulating Cotswold hills, and stop first in the lovely town of Burford, famous for its wide main street and houses built from differently hued local stone. Enjoy a short stop to visit the tea houses and shops ranged along the street, and then continue to the picture-postcard village of Bibury.

Stroll around the almost impossibly quaint 17th-century weavers’ cottages at the heart of the village, and then travel to an old Cotswolds hotel to enjoy a 2-course lunch from a menu that includes classic English dishes such as bread-and-butter pudding for dessert. As you eat, soak up the medieval atmosphere of the oak-beamed restaurant, and admire the stone fireplace that bears what are thought to be witches’ marks.

Duly refreshed, journey onward to the village of Bourton-on-the-Water and enjoy around an hour of free time here to explore. Then, make your last stop at Stow-on-the-Wold, a small market town that’s one of the Cotswolds’ most charming spots. Get another spell of free time to delve into this picturesque place, perhaps discovering its charming tea and gift shops, and snapping photos of its limestone townhouses.

Finally, take your leave of the Cotswolds and return to Victoria in central London where your tour finishes in the early evening.

Ideal way to do a whistle-stop tour of the Cotswolds. Four beautiful villages and a nice lunch with an enjoyable drive taking in the scenery between destinations. An incredibly knowledgeable guide who used a mixture of facts and humour to keep everyone interested. The coach was clean, modern and driven in an extremely safe manner, especially in the narrow village street, by a polite and friendly driver. Overall a brilliant tour, value for money and exceeding my expectations. Thank you!

Nice day, awesome tour, well worth it

What a fun day! Not only did we get to see several charming small villages in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, but we learned a lot of history as well. It's refreshing to see small towns (villages) that remain small and have retained their charm. The local cheeses that we purchased and tried were excellent! The Cotswolds is a very pretty area. For lunch, we ended up in a small back room of the restaurant away from much of the main group, but in my opinion we got the better end of the deal. It felt like we had gone back in time. There was a lot to look at and enjoy. Had a lot of good banter back and forth on the bus with the tour guide, too. And, away from the bus, he was easy to talk to. I could tell he enjoyed his job.

Karen was very lovely. Paul was a great driver. Villages were very pretty. Lunch was ok. It was too bad we didn't have enough time to explore some of the bigger villages. They were also too crowdy probably because it was sunday, so we couldn't fully experience them.

As we arrived back to London we were informed the driver couldn’t take 1/2 the group to the second stop due to driving too long. We were left to find our own way back to hotel at our own e Penske for cab since it was a 45 minute walk

NOT Recommending.

Not worth the time and money. Cotswold is beautiful but the tour is rushed. Tour guide Lucy was barely interested in what she was doing. She seemed to be reading a book to herself when speaking about the tour. It felt more like a shopping bus trip then a sight seeing experience. Lunch was pathetic. Felt like a frozen fish and chips meal. Dessert was a watery custard. Not worth the money or time. NOT recommending this tour.

Disappointing

The towns we visited were lovely and lunch at the Inn was good. Unfortunately there were some negatives that impacted the experience. First, it was difficult to find the representative at the meeting spot. There was no signage and no Premium Tours desk. The bus terminal was very crowded making it virtually impossible to see the representatives who only wore vests to identify themselves. Because it took so long to find them, I ended up seated at the back of the bus. The seats were very uncomfortable and it was hot back there. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

A lovely day into the past

The Cotswolds are interesting and beautiful so definitely worth a visit if you have time because it is a long journey from and back to London. Except for the rather messy scene at the bus station where we boarded the bus, the tour was very we'll organized. I must say that the bus seats are not comfortable and offer very little leg space. Our guide was very very good. She was in excellent command of the necessary facts and history of each of the four places we visited, she was organized, and kept the large group properly informed and instructed. Our meal was unexpectedly delicious!

We loved our guide, Zozo, and our driver Eddie. Zozo was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The towns in the Cotswolds were even more charming than I had imagined them. And the lunch was quite good as well. A great tour!

The four villages chosen for this tour were like taken from stories. A combination of beautiful landscapes with places where you can shop and a lot of history. The guide Tobi was phenomenal, as was the driver. The pub where we had lunch were well organized and waiting for us. Thank you for a wonderful day!
