The bus was great until we arrived at the Tower of London and were suckered into buying tickets to enter the tower at a discount since we bought toot bus tickets. Since the river cruise is one way we didn't get back to the tower until the they were closing for the night.

This experience was not a “bus tour” but rather a ride around London. The driver was not helpful or forthcoming — once we were settled in our upstairs seats, we realized we needed to go back down and ask the driver where we get the headsets for the audio tour. When we asked about the Thames boat ride that came with our tickets, our driver did not have any information.

The River Cruise was lovely. Good way to see the clock and Trafalgar Square The crowds were minimal a little rain but not excessive. The bathrooms in the underground was clean and staff was helpful

Misinformation provided,poor service.

The sales ticket agents of Tootbus were not well informed . We lost an entire day as one guide mentioned get off at westminister pier, whereas another said they skipping that stop as protests were going on at parliament Square n so the next stop would be at Victoria. We were like given wrong information and due to that couldn't cover even the full route of this tour. Also busses were delayed n running late due to protests n it took like 1.5hrs to complete just one side the blue line. Even the sales guides agreed busses were running late.. We missed many attractions due to heavy traffic, misinformation given to us. We didn't even utilize our return thanks river cruise as protests going on. When we spoke to get refund they said talk to viator as they are 3rd party. In all honesty we didn't feel we got the value of what we spent . Too much traffic, crowds, protests, caused us not to see the entire route properly. Overall a poor experience. We feel we need to come bk to London just to do this all over again.

Bought the hop-on and off with Thames cruise. The bus was old busses with headphones that did not work. It was just a bus ride with no explanation of what is what. We were also rejected to go on the cruise because we had the vouchers and no tickets. Very disappointed for how much I paid.

I was unhappy with this company when I found out that I was overcharged. The fare on line was supposed to be cheaper but it ended up been fifteen pounds more for each of us. I am therefore requesting a thirty pounds refund and I will appreciate that greatly.

Information leaves quite a bit to be desired. You have to validate your voucher on the bus before you can get on the boat cruise. We’d planned on doing the cruise first, queued to get on board only to find out we had to walk all the way back to the bus location to have the vouchers validated first. Protests on London effected the bus ride but even so it was enjoyable and the guide was very good. The boat cruise - we only had time for the short one was great. The guide was funny and informative and we all learned a lot. All in all a great day had by all. Would recommend downloading the app for ease of hop on hop off stops info.
