Buy tickets at ticket booth if possible.

The sightseeing cruise was good. However, the price for a one way ticket on viator was $17 pp ( no senior price) and when we went to ticket booth there they offered a round trip ticket for seniors at $13.50 pp. We ended up having to pay $34 to viator and then an additional $13.50 at booth. Does not seem fair. Not sure why the price discrepancy, but I would buy ticket at booth. We initially passed on round trip due to the price on Viator and turns out the round trip at ticket booth was $3.50 less pp than Viator charged for one way.

Was refused entry at the gate as they we were double booked. This is a 3rd party company who do not liaise with the travel operator so they booked me on without checking if there were enough spaces available.
