The big bus was nothing like it was advertised. No announcement by the driver as to which stop we are making.

Bus was on time. Never knew where we were. No announcement by the driver as to what stop we were approaching. Headphones didn't work. The whole experience was nothing like it was advertised to be.

The Golden Gate Bridge crossing was the biggest thrill for us. My wife and daughter had never been here before. I recommend this tour for 1st timers. The night was good as well that one crosses the Bay Bridge and there is a short stop for photo op of the SF skyline from across the Bay.

Seeing the sights. App didnt work. Did not have bus updates. No one could tell me why. Dud not know you had to tell driver when you wanted to get off. Missed stops. Did not see any directions on this in the literature. Not enough buses for number of people

The long wait on the corner for the bus!!! I was told to be there at 10am bus didn’t get there until 1130am!! With no place to sit or use the bathroom!! Was told by hotel workers this always happens! There should be a better approximate time given!!

The app did not work for scheduled stops

We loved the ability to see a lot of things and get around, but the bus map and schedule caused us to lose what little time we have here in SF. We couldn’t use the app reliably to catch buses. We lost a lot of time trying to wait for buses or run to catch one. They weren’t on time at the beginning of the day and often took longer than 30 minutes between. The app’s live bus function wasn’t working at all.

Awesomeness. Buses were readily available so no long waits for pickups. App real-time location worked 95%, but never had a problem.

Would recommend & worth the price!

I really enjoyed the tour. It was worth the price and allowed us to see many things without having to get a bunch of ubers. I would recommend this. Bring a JACKET! A GOOD WARM WINDBREAKING ONE. I have never been to SF before, so from my perspective, it was great. You go over the golden gate bridge and it is W I N D Y! If you want to stop at ALLL the stops then you might want to do 2 days. My favorite stops were Japanese tea gardens, palace of fine arts, and fisherman's wharf. Didnt get off at Haight and Ashberry but it looked really cool.
