My family was a group of seven so we had our own guide. The meeting location was easy to find, we left on time and our guide was very knowledgeable, and made the tour interesting. Seeing DC by moonlight is something everyone needs to experience.

Cancelled with no notice
Robert_F
, Aug 2022
Tour was cancelled, no notification and was not even on the manifest despite a bay or confirmation. We showed up to be greeted by someone saying we had to cancel the tour. Not sure who dropped the ball but the experience was not pleasant. We were not the only group their either that had a confirmation but was not on the manifest. Probably a good thing that the tour was cancelled because I am sure someone would have had to have been turned away for space limitations anyway. For that reason, I would tend to believe it was the tour provider and not visitor.

Even in a down pour , she made this a great tour for all of us !!i Even our 17 year old daughter loved her and her “ vibe “. 😉 Truly one off the best tour guides we have ever had ! Horrible - save your money
Elizabeth_M

I don’t know whether the tour guides are the most disorganized people I’ve ever met, or whether they’re just dishonest, but I would not recommend. We showed up to find someone who told us that the tour had been canceled because of weather - fine, but we’d never been notified and had actually had called and emailed to confirm. It would have been nice to know that the tour wasn’t happening before I travels with a child across DC. Then I was told that I hadn’t been notified that the tour was cancelled because of weather because they’d actually bumped me from the tour the day before “because of space” (?!?). They hadn’t notified me of that, either. Now they’re refusing to offer a refund, because they say we’re signed up for another tour. We didn’t sign up for it. Save your money, save your sanity.

Great Value! Memorable Experience!!

Our guide Nick was knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed the tour immensely. I'm sure other tours have their perks, too- but a small group (in our case it was just our family of three) makes the experience more relaxed, intimate, and personal. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person was nice, helpful, and ready to accommodate! I would recommend this tour and day it was completely worth the price!
